...never a dull moment (part 2)

So if you missed part one, read here

I'm pretty sure it was the next day, if not the same day, that the following non-dull moment happened.

Mark was home on his lunch hour, he was filling me in on what was going on with him at work while he was getting his lunch ready. Then I realized I could no longer hear Joey hitting his hockey stick on the floor or playing with his toy trucks. I started looking for him...couldn't find him...started calling his name...nothing...Mark joined in the search...still nothing! I was just shy of running outside to see if he busted through a screen window of something. Then Mark found him...curled up very small under our dining room table...with the markers! Yep, he started coloring his finger nails, then moved onto his fingers, toes, shin and topped it off with a nice green outline around his face. I tried a baby wipe and yes, if I scrubbed, if was coming off, but it wasn't worth me hurting him to get the marker off. We had no plans...I wanted until bath time to worry about it.

Mark was back at work, Joey asked for yogurt and berries, I seized the opportunity to grab some lunch for myself. I was literally right in front of him eating my PB&J and I see this! Soap is white...yogurt is white...to a 2 year old yogurt = soap! So he was trying to get the marker off and yet playing with his food at the same time. I particularly love that he traced the green marker outline on his face with yogurt :) I love this kid...but wow, he never stops!
